Wild Plant Saunter and Tasting Flight

CLASS DESCRIPTION

This unique and immersive class is designed for those who crave a deeper connection to the natural environment, a heightened appreciation for flavors, and a desire to explore the diverse and delicious offerings found in the wilderness.

We will begin this sensational experience with a short walk around the brand new Rocky Mountain Gardens with two enthusiastically experienced foragers and see what we find, after which we will come together for a thoughtfully curated tasting flight of various dishes and beverages all containing wild foraged ingredients.

We will connect with each other and the plants while cultivating a deeper understanding of our local landscape and our responsibility to the place we are so fortunate to call home. This will be a celebration of the wild flavor and abundance that surrounds us!
